NO LIGHTS...?
Bought the piano at the end of January then I had to buy a newer Android tablet with the 7.0 level, "or above", in order for the connection to work and the keys light up. I messed with this for two weeks before giving up...! Tried everything to get the lights to come on. Hours logging on to the website, then clicking various options on the website that is not very easy to navigate - NOTHING worked!
I am very savvy with computers, tablets, cell phone, etc... But this "knocked me down". The Piano just sits there and my Wife got the last laugh as according to her I might as well have flushed all this money right down the toilet. Looking on line I see others have had the same issue... "CANNOT CONNECT"... VERY UNHAPPY...!
